Is mining or spamming allowed?

Mining is not allowed on our hosting. Spamming is strictly prohibited. The service will be automatically suspended until the issues are resolved.

Can I use custom scripts for my websites?

Yes, you can use any scripts that do not violate the hosting service usage policies and do not create excessive load on the server.

Are SSL certificates supported?

Yes, we support free SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt, and you can also install your own certificates.

Is sending mail allowed?

There are limits on the number of emails that can be sent per hour on virtual hosting (see the comparison table). Additionally, email is sent from shared IP addresses, and we cannot guarantee that your hosting "neighbors" have not engaged in spamming, which could lead to the IP address being blacklisted by email services. We actively combat spam from our hosting, but we cannot fully control it. For sending mail, it is better to rent a virtual server where there are no restrictions and you are provided with a unique IPv4 address.

What are your DNS server addresses?

Our DNS servers are ns1.majorcore.com and ns2.majorcore.com.

Are there any traffic limits?

We offer unlimited traffic for all plans, unless specified. You can host your apps and websites without worrying about traffic restrictions.

Can I change my hosting plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan at any time through your customer account (restrictions may apply). Changes will take effect immediately, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

What DDoS protection is provided?

Basic DDoS protection at L3-L4 layers of the OSI model is provided by default. Attack volume is not limited.
